Welcome to the 2026 ACME Annual Convention.

We're glad you made the trip to North Falmouth. The Sea Crest has been our home for two days of work that matters — and the program this year reflects what so many of you asked for: less stage, more substance.

Education Day opens with leadership in volatile times and runs straight into the rooms where the real work lives — telematics dashboards on Salon A, the safety and compliance landscape in the Grand Ballroom, the maintenance practices that scale across multiple sites. These are working sessions, not lectures. Bring your operations questions; the people on stage have lived through them.

Industry Day shifts the rhythm. The morning roundtable is built from cases you submitted; the brand and communications workshop tackles the parts of this profession we usually leave unspoken; and the vendor showcase brings the people who quietly make our operations possible into one room with the rest of us.

Two days won't change the year. But the conversations you start here will. Find the people you came to find. Stay for the reception. Bring a story to Tuesday morning's roundtable — that's where this gets useful.

From Boston, take I-93 South to MA-3 South toward Cape Cod. Continue onto US-6 East over the Sagamore Bridge. Take Exit 59 for MA-28 South toward Falmouth. Follow MA-28 South, then turn right onto Thomas B. Landers Rd. Continue to Quaker Rd and follow signs to Sea Crest Beach Hotel.

FAQs

  • What time does registration open?

    Registration opens at 8:00 AM in the lobby on Day 1. Stop by anytime through the morning to pick up your badge and tote.

  • Will lunch be provided?

    Yes — buffet lunch is included with your registration on both days, served in the Grand Ballroom from 12:00 to 1:30.

  • Can I bring a guest to the evening reception?

    Yes. Each registered attendee may bring one guest. RSVP guests via the contact form on the conference page so we have an accurate headcount.

  • Where can I park?

    Self-parking is free for hotel guests in the main lot. Day visitors should use the surface lot off Quaker Road; validation is available at the registration desk.

  • Is there a virtual attendance option?

    Live streaming is available for the keynote and the three plenary sessions only. Workshop sessions and the evening reception are in-person only.

  • What's the dress code?

    Business casual for daytime sessions. Evening reception is "convention casual" — most attendees wear what they wore during the day.

  • I have dietary restrictions. Who do I contact?

    Email events@example.org by two weeks before the conference. The hotel kitchen accommodates most dietary needs with notice.

Two days, one venue, and a building's worth of hard-won expertise put back into circulation. Thank you for the questions you asked, the case studies you brought to the roundtable, and the conversations that filled the lobby long after the sessions wrapped.

A few things we want to hold onto from this convention: the candor of the safety panel, the quiet usefulness of the maintenance workshop, and a vendor floor that felt — finally — like a room of partners rather than a room of pitches. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because of who you are and the standard you bring.

We're already working on 2027. Save the dates when they land in your inbox this fall, and tell us between now and then what you want more of, less of, or different. This program belongs to you; we just hold the pen.
