Common questions.
What's included with general admission?
Full three-day access to all six tracks, the demo floor and the research mezzanine. Workshops require a separate ticket. All meals and the closing-night reception at the Ferry Building are included.
Can I attend remotely?
Yes — every keynote and main-stage talk is broadcast live with captioning and chapter markers. Remote tickets include 90 days of on-demand access and direct Q&A in moderated threads.
Are there scholarships available?
We offer 200 fully-funded passes each year for students, independent researchers and underrepresented engineers. Applications open eight weeks before the summit and close two weeks before.
Can my company sponsor a track?
Track sponsorships are limited to four partners per edition. Contact partners@axis-summit.io for the prospectus — we evaluate fit on technical alignment, not budget.
What's the refund policy?
Full refunds up to 60 days before the event. Within 60 days, tickets are transferable to another attendee or convertible into a remote pass at no additional cost.
Will sessions be recorded?
All main-stage talks and panels are recorded and released publicly under CC-BY-4.0 within 30 days. Workshops and roundtables are off-the-record by default.
Secure your seat at the edge.
Early-bird pricing closes May 31. After that, GA passes increase by 35% and workshops sell out within the week.
