On the Frontier

Welcome to New York, and welcome to two days built for the people who actually have to make the call.

The 2026 program is shaped around the questions our members keep raising — where credit decisioning meets generative AI, what fraud strategy should look like when the perimeter has moved indoors, and which parts of the regulatory frontier are most likely to be load-bearing by Q4. We have judges, central bankers, peer chiefs of risk, and a former CFPB Director in the room. Your portfolio will benefit from each of them.

The hospitality suite at the Trianon is open both days from 07:30. Use it for the conversations the agenda doesn't make room for. The summit is the program; the off-ledger conversations are the point.

Featured Guests

Beyond the speakers, the room this year includes peers it's worth your time to find. The list isn't long — by design.

Margaret O'Hara, Chief Risk Officer at Allied Atlantic Banks, rebuilt Allied's model-governance file from scratch through the 2024 cycle and has the cleanest documentation set in the peer group. Worth a coffee on Day Two.

Robert Eames, General Counsel at Liberty Federal, has the longest unbroken run on the Bureau's exam list and a nearly photographic memory for which arguments worked under which Director. Find him at the evening reception.

Anna Pellegrini, Head of Innovation at Federated Card Services, ran the technical work on Federated's 2025 stablecoin pilot — the one the OCC ended up citing in its interpretive guidance. She's seated at the working breakfast on Day Two.

Hon. Marcus Thorne, Former Comptroller of the Currency, is here as a private observer. He won't speak from a podium, but he's willing to talk one-on-one if you ask. Trianon Salon both mornings.

Dr. Yuki Tanaka, Chief Economist at the Bank Policy Institute, has a read on the next two FOMC moves that's informing how several CROs in this room are pacing their Q3 capital plans.

The Carlyle is on East 76th between Madison and Park, three blocks from the 77th Street Lexington Line stop. Valet on Madison; private car drop-off on 76th Street.

Summit materials and badge pickup are at the discreet Madison Avenue entrance, Concourse Level. The Northbridge hospitality suite (Trianon Salon) is open both days from 07:30 — coffee, working desks, and a quiet line to your desk.
