A Letter from the Athletic Director

§01

Five lives, one program, one evening. Every year, we set aside one night to do something simple and rare: gather the people who built Ravens Athletics into a room, and remember exactly what they did. Tonight is that night. The five names on the program span four decades — a coach who shaped a generation of point guards, a libero who rewrote the record book, a middle-distance runner whose national records still stand, a striker whose finishing chart is still studied, and a left-handed pitcher whose changeup is, frankly, still being talked about. They have one thing in common: when they wore the maroon and gold, they made it mean more. Welcome back. Find your seat. Eat well. And when the lights dim and the reel rolls, give them what they have earned — the loudest room of their lives.

Common Questions

FAQs

§12
Q01 What time should I arrive?

Reception opens at 6:00 PM. Dinner is served promptly at 7:00 PM. We strongly recommend arriving by 6:30 to find your seat and greet old friends — the Field House holds 320 and tends to fill quickly.

Q02 Is there a dress code?

Business attire. Many guests wear cocktail dress or a jacket and tie; some choose to wear their team colors. Comfortable shoes are appreciated — there is dancing after the ceremony.

Q03 Where do I park?

Reserved athletics parking opens at 5:30 PM in Lot C, directly south of the Field House. ADA accessible parking is in Lot B, with a covered walkway. Look for the maroon awning at the main entrance.

Q04 Will the ceremony be photographed?

Yes — a professional photographer will cover the ceremony. Photos will be available to all guests via a private gallery link sent within two weeks of the event.

Q05 Can I bring a guest?

Each invitation includes seating for two. Additional guest seats may be purchased through the Athletics office at (603) 555-0140 — limited availability after October 15.

Q06 How can I nominate someone for next year's class?

Nominations for the Class of 2027 open December 1 and close March 15. The nomination form is at the Athletics website. Self-nominations and family nominations are welcome.
