Before the doors open
Bulk invites
Upload a CSV or spreadsheet of attendees and Evonli sends each one a personalized magic link to your published program. No passwords for them, no separate registration tool for you. They click their link and they're in — recognized across every page, with their personal schedule and bookmarks ready.
During the event
Slideshow
Plug a laptop into the venue's TV and Evonli plays a slideshow built from your published content — cover, featured sponsors, headliner speakers, the full speaker roster. Auto-builds when you publish; one click on the edition page rebuilds it after later edits. No separate deck to maintain.
Printable program
Evonli keeps a print-ready PDF in sync with your published program. Hand it to your printer for the physical handout, email it to people who couldn't make it, keep it as the offline backup when the venue's WiFi misbehaves.
After the doors close
Engagement metrics
A dashboard of what attendees engaged with — sponsor pages clicked, sessions bookmarked, where the engagement curve peaked across the event. Renew sponsorships with hard numbers, plan next year's tracks, or just see what worked.
Post-event surveys
An invite goes out the day after the event closes; a reminder a week later. Satisfaction scores, per-session ratings, sponsor recall, open-ended feedback — all rolled up with CSV export. The wrap-up writes itself before the month is out.
