How it works

What does "live event" mean?

Any event you've published. Drafts don't count — build as many as you want. Archived events don't count either.

What if I need more events live than my plan allows?

Move up a tier — Professional gives you 5 live events, Studio gives you 10. You can also archive an existing event to free a slot — guests can still visit it, you just stop editing it.

What happens if I cancel?

Your published events stay live for 90 days as a read-only archive. After that, they come down. You can re-subscribe any time within that window to bring them back, or download a PDF of each event before the window ends.

Is there a refund if I change my mind?

Yes. Full refund within 30 days of signup, as long as you haven't published an event yet. Once you've published, the work is shipped and the subscription is non-refundable for that year.

Do you charge per attendee?

No. Attendees are unlimited on every plan. We don't charge per guest, per RSVP, per sponsor, or per anything except the plan you picked.

What's the difference between Professional and Studio?

Professional is for one organization (your association, your school, your civic group). Studio is for managing events for multiple distinct organizations — what a wedding planner or events agency needs. If you only run events for one organization, Professional is the right fit.
